India Retreat for The Festival of Lights !



A week long immersion into the heart and soul of India!

Sacred sites- Hindu temples and Sufi shrines, artisanal crafts and shopping, amazing food, elephant villages and much more.

Diwali is the biggest holiday spiritual festival time in India and is the pinnacle period of abundance prosperity and enlightenment in our history. Ceremonies, art, concerts and fun everywhere and a wonderful time to be in India. It will be happening our entire time there.

The cost is 3450 (minus airfare which is only about 1100$) and I have packed it to the gills with activities and beautiful accommodationsu and experiences for everyone. This is a life changing once in a lifetime experience.

Cost includes Beautiful hotels and All multi cuisine fabulous breakfasts! All travels within India will be by private air conditioned car with drivers and all admission tickets to sites are included! This is an incredible amount of value for this price and I have put it all together for the pure joy of it. 

Day 1: arrive in New Delhi and explore the Old City with its bustling markets and the historic Red Fort and royal courtyards of the Mughal dynasties, take a cycle rickshaw through the old alleyways and see the grand temples and mosques and spice markets
- sacred Diwali ceremony at temple with traditional candle lighting

Day 2:
Visit the beautiful Lotus Temple and after to Dilli Hast New Delhi's biggest open air artisan market of handicrafts, art, traditional jewelry and fabrics and food! 
Evening Diwali celebrations!

Day 3
Travel by private luxury van to the deserts of royal Jaipur in there state of Rajastan. We will travel by elephant ride up to the Amber Fort and palaces. Exploring the ancient maharajas grounds and winding passageways within this vast mountaintop Fort.

Visit to the Elephant Village to feed and touch and ride the elephants whom are raised by villagers

Day 4 in Jaipur

- visit to the fabulous textile markets and see how the beautiful fabrics and textures of the gypsies of India are made
- Visit to more temples and forts
- Evening Exploring the cultural music and dance

Day 5

travel back to Delhi and en route spend the afternoon in Agra city of the Taj Mahal!

Evening in Delhi to relax and recoup with live music

Day 6- visits to Krishna temples and the ancient gardens and home of Mahatma Gandhi for Diwali blessings and celebrations

Day 7 early morning return to USA!
